Hike the Trails of Virgin Islands National Park
Did you know that about two-thirds of St. John is protected national park land? This means there are incredible hiking trails all over the island.
Some popular trails offer historic ruins, lush tropical forests, and breathtaking overlooks of the Caribbean.
Night Kayak at The Westin
Looking for something unique? A night kayak tour from The Westin is a magical way to experience the water after dark. Paddle through calm waters under the stars and enjoy a completely different side of the island.

For a true taste of the Caribbean, try a rum tasting at Bajo el Sol Gallery. Many visitors say it’s one of the best rum tastings on the island and a fun way to learn about the region’s favorite spirit.
Shop Local in Cruz Bay
St. John has many wonderful local shops, boutiques, and galleries. Spend an afternoon exploring Cruz Bay and supporting local businesses while finding unique souvenirs and island-made goods.
Test Your Luck at Parrot Club
Feeling lucky? Stop by the Parrot Club in Cruz Bay for a little fun and entertainment during your evening out on the island.
Take a Boat Taxi to Lime Out
One of the most unique dining experiences in the Virgin Islands is Lime Out, a floating taco bar in Coral Bay. You can visit as part of a boat charter or book a water taxi that will take you directly there.
Great tacos, drinks, and floating in crystal-clear water—it’s a must-do experience.
