Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3.5% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than major Hurricanes, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
Deposit Policy
There are no deposits to be made as there is only a nightly fee for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per person, maximum of 6 persons (no more than 4 adults). Last minute and extended discounts available except on Holiday weeks!
